Medusa SQL Backup uses your configured SQL Server and destinations. Backup contents are not uploaded to the Medusa licensing service. Licence and operation reports are processed separately.

On your computer

Plans, connections, destinations, history, logs and language are processed locally. Sensitive settings use Windows data protection; this does not encrypt the backup file.

My account

Accounts process email, session cookies, licence and device information; orders process identity, contact and billing details. Codes expire in 10 minutes and sessions in 8 hours. Card details remain with the payment provider.

Licensing, destinations and notifications

The HTTPS licensing service processes email, device identity and entitlements. Enabled operation reports may include plan/database names, paths, times, sizes and results. Your SMTP/webhook and storage providers have their own terms.

Retention and requests

Uninstalling may preserve plans and backups. Service records are retained as needed for service, security and legal obligations. Contact info@medusasoftware.com.tr for access, correction or deletion; ownership is verified.
